Creative thinking

During two days class training, we are continuing about creative thinking.  Class is very interesting because we enjoyed many activities. We were cooking Beriani rice and bread by ourselves. It was so interesting. We were also doing drawing with our unconscious mind. For me this module is very interesting.

Industrial visit

Today, we have an industrial visit to two biotech companies, Innobio and Stellagen Company. I got to go to Stellagen Company which located at Gombak, Selangor. Mr Nurhilmy was explained to us about this company, he was the chief operating officer of this company. After that, we are divided to three groups to get more explanation about the process of production.  My group was conducted by Mr. Azim, he was the mechanical engineer in this company. His role is to control the mechanical process. The first part is about the water controlled system which is water that used to system and also production. The second part is laboratory, he show us the laboratory for research and development about the product.  The third part is bioreactors for production. There are two bioreactors such as 1500 L and 70 L bioreactor. Then, it is followed by centrifugation and freeze drying. Lastly the product is mixed with bulking agent, packaging and store at 4 C. This company’s product is StellarLac probiotic. It is an alternative product to antibiotic growth product. I was so happy for this industrial visit. The company’s activities is related to what I’ve learn during study. I also found that one of my ex- course mate is working here. I hope I can get the opportunity to working like this company.

Principle of creative and innovation

The class was expanded class on creative thinking.  We were learned about NABC value proposition NABC stand for Need, Approach, Benefits, and Competitor.  To sharpen our value proposition we are suggest to answer the following four questions:

1. What is the important customer and market Need?

2. What is the unique Approach for addressing this need?

3. What are the specific Benefits per costs that result from this approach?

4. How are the benefits per costs superior to the Competition’s and the alternatives?

Before that, we need to consider whether our Idea is important or interesting. Some ideas is important but not interesting, some ideas is interesting but not important. The best thing is the idea should be important and interesting. We are thinking critically to get idea that is important and interesting. Something invented can be innovative and creative. BUT IS BETTER FOR IT TO HELP PEOPLE AND MAKING MONEY

             Neuro Linguistik Programming(NLP)


           Neuro Linguistic programming is about how to understand ourself from soul. Without realize everyday we use our unconcious mind in doing something. with knowledge in NLP we can read what people thing, can know what is our potential or talent. For example are we more in auditation( good in hearing), or kinetician (Good in touch) or visualization (good in seeing). Then, we can used it to built up our talent. For example I good in hearing, I will use to hear rather than seeing or touching.
         All of us is busy to about tomorrow, tomorrow is the last day of our first month for communication skill. But we need to present our business proposal to our trainer, friends and also representative from SEED. Trainer is helping us how to built up our confident. Today is fun , because we do many activities and also we learn new things which is NLP. But the nervourness for tomorrow still have.

           Now is the day, we need to present our business proposal. My group's title of proposal is artificial petroleum. Do you think it is possible to create artificial petroleum from agricultural waste. It was not. our group has prove it , by research on some articel and also modified the previous project from other inventor. The principle is same like to be the artificial diamond. the machine can provide high pressure and temperature to change coal to diamond. so as natural petroleum from waste that naturally process in about million years,  we provide same pressure and temperature like natural petroleum to artificial petroleum. what we propose is to produce artificial petroleum with reduce time consume, back up plan if our natural resource petroleum is diminished and also to reduce the pollution. I hope this can be happen. It hard to believe but believeeee it.

A wonderful day.

Today, our session was on creative thinking. I learned something new in my life. The principle is ALL NEW IDEAS =GOOD IDEAS =CREATIVE IDEA.  We should have 5 quotients which is Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), Spiritual Quotient (SQ), Creative Quotient (CQ), Entrepreneurship Quotient (PQ). Everyone has intellectual quotient because it come from heredity, emotional quotient is important for leaders, all of us are leaders. Spiritual is about our believe. Creative quotient is something like our talent of creativity. As we heard about using left or right mind, creative is more on using right mind. Creative is a combination of three words, knowledge, imagination and evaluation. That was a very interesting day for me because I’ve seen something that I never seen before. Trainer shows us a few things that created by inventor such as spectacles that can function as camera, has walkman. I really want that thing. Others are pen that has camera, magic soup that made from metal and screw driver with unique form and function.

We continued our session with creative thinking again. Trainer lectures about principle of 7 hats. I have heard it before but not sure the meaning of all hat. First hat is white hat, people with white hat always thing about facts, red hat things using their emotions, yellow hat things in positive thinking, black hat things in negative ways, blue hat things about system, green hat things in creative thinking, grey hat things in religious way. We are given a task to state a problem and discuss about 7 hats related on our topic. We chose Early Marriage topic. All of class interested to our topic.

Tomorrow is public holiday because our Malaysia football team had won the battle at Indonesia.  Happy new year =)
